How to Order

Online

Use our secure online transaction system to purchase your goods. See security below for details about this service.

Important Notes

The amount of your order as calculated by our online catalogue will not include freight, until you reach the checkout. DO NOT send credit card details via normal email. RioLife accepts no responsibility for security of data transmitted via unencrypted email.

Currency

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Bankcard and Mastercard.

Shipping

Shipping costs are based on gross weight and/or cubic measurement. Frozen goods will always incur a large freight fee.

Lost or Damaged Goods

All goods are examined prior to packaging to ensure they are sent in good condition. They are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit.

If goods are lost or damaged during transit, RioLife will replace them or provide a full refund. If you receive an incomplete or damaged consignment, email us immediately upon receipt and we will organise for the damaged goods to be returned and replaced.

Returns Policy

Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 48 hours from dispatch. Goods returned within this period are subject to a 20% handling charge, unless the goods are found to be faulty. Goods will be exchanged, subject to the 20% handling charge, but we do not give refunds, so please choose carefully.

Sale items or end of range run-outs will not be exchanged.

Out of Stock Items

We endeavour to keep stock in hand, but can't always achieve that. We are rarely out of stock for a long period of time.

Discounts & Pricing Policy

Do our prices include GST?

All prices include GST. For international purchasers, we will adjust your order to remove the GST from the final price.

What about bulk discounts?

If you purchase items in large quantities and would like to discuss whether we can offer a better price, than please email us with the details and we'll happily look into it.

Distributor Purchases

We also offer distributor prices to genuine re-sellers. If you are a genuine re-seller and would like to view our wholesale price list, please email us.

Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with 128-bit encryption. Credit Card details are securely collected at the time of payment only and are not retained on our database.
